Glory Days

Defeated in war, Geon-Mu, a former emperor, loses all power and is taken as a prisoner by the enemy nation. Stripped of dignity and freedom, he is forced to become the personal plaything of the beautiful yet merciless, Yeon-Hwa. Yeon-Hwa, who once forcefully claimed Geon-Mu’s body, now seeks to control every aspect of his life—his movements, his thoughts, even his emotions. And yet, each night, the emperor weeps, asking if Geon-Mu has truly forgotten him, whispering confessions of love through trembling lips.

But Geon-Mu can no longer tell if the turmoil in his heart is hatred or something far more dangerous. As the line between enemy and lover begins to blur, Geon-Mu is left questioning: Is this agony the product of betrayal… or the weight of a love that should never have existed?
