What's Underneath Kamiyama's Paper Bag

On his first day of school, high school student Namito Kominato is seated behind a strange girl who is always soaking wet and wears a paper bag. He starts up a club called the "Conversation Club" with a group of somewhat unfortunate yet beautiful girls: shy and always embarrassed Kamiyama-san, caring but obsessed with her uniform committee chairperson Hinata Arai, and Harusame Amano, who talks to a panel of a magical girl...
